LAS VEGAS -- Lynn Wallis, president of Wallis Cos., has been selected to share her personal message at this year’s Annual Interfaith Prayer Meeting at the 2018 NACS Show in Las Vegas.
The industry conference runs Oct. 7-10. The prayer event takes place from 7 to 8 a.m. Oct. 8 at the Las Vegas Convention Center Room N233 (North Hall). It is open to all NACS Show attendees. Food and refreshments will be served and members from all faiths are welcome to attend.
Wallis Cos. is a 65-store convenience and fuels retailer based in Cuba, Mo. In addition to retail stores and wholesale customers, Wallis Cos. operates a lube division, a car-wash distribution company, a transport division and a commercial fuels division.
Wallis, a past board member of NACS, also serves in leadership roles with SIGMA, the Missouri Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association and the BP Amoco Marketers Association, and has served on the ExxonMobil National Council. She supports several local charities, foundations and service organizations and serves on the worship committee at Congregation Temple Israel in St. Louis.
“We are extremely fortunate to have Lynn Wallis take time out of her busy NACS Show schedule to share her personal message of faith with us,” said Tom Severson, organizer of the Annual Interfaith Prayer Meeting at the NACS Show. “We encourage everyone at the NACS Show who is interested to set aside this hour for inspiration and join us.”
