Wilson Farms to Collect Change That Saves

Proceeds of coin cartons to benefit hospital

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Wilson Farms said it will be providing special milk cartons for customers to donate their spare change March 10 to March 31 to benefit the construction of a new Neuro Operating Room at Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo, N.Y.

Coin cartons featuring the 2006 Miracle Child Ellie DeLucia will be placed at all Wilson Farms stores throughout Erie and Niagara Counties. The money raised will be donated to the hospital through the WKSE Kiss Cares for Kids program. A radiothon, which took place last month, raised more than $320,000.

Wilson Farms is thrilled to continue our support of such a worthy cause, said president and CEO Paul Nanula. From helping staff telephones during Kiss 98.5's radiothon to this coin carton fundraiser, we are committed to providing for the children of Western New York who receive care from the Women & Children's Hospital.

Wilson Farms' commitment to the Women & Children's Hospital and the new Neuro Operating Room will benefit countless families as they face neurosurgical procedures with the latest state of the art equipment, said Elsie Dawe, Executive Director of the Foundations of Kaleida Health. A special thanks to Wilson Farms and their loyal customers.

Customers may donate at any Wilson Farms Neighborhood Food Store in Erie and Niagara County through March 31. Upstate Farms provided the cartons and the printing of the program graphics.

Wilson Farm, Buffalo, N.Y., currently operates 199 convenience store and gas station locations across the state of New York.
