WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Vuse is expanding its four-pod packs nationally to all retail outlets, including convenience stores.

The e-cigarette brand from R.J. Reynolds Vapor will now sell Vuse Alto Golden Tobacco 5% and Alto Menthol 5% four-pod packs nationwide. Vuse Alto Golden Tobacco 2.4% and Alto Menthol 2.4% four-pod packs will also be sold across the United States.

Four-pod packs provide adult vapor consumers with three Vuse Alto configurations as they can choose from a single pod, two pods or four pod packs. The four-pod pack configuration is the most popular among competitive pod-mod vapor products and enables Vuse Alto to compete on a per-pod price point, the Winston-Salem, N.C.-based company said.

“Coupled with our release of single-pods in November of 2020, this national rollout of 4-pod packs now gives adult Vuse consumers more options than any other brand,” Christy Canary-Garner, vice president of Vuse commercial development, said.

Vuse products are marketed in the U.S. by R.J. Reynolds Vapor Co., an operating company of Reynolds American Inc., which is a member of the British American Tobacco Group. R.J. Reynolds sells variations of Vuse including Vuse Alto, Ciro, Vibe and Solo. It also sells Velo Nicotine Pouches and Velo Nicotine Lozenges.
