The largest fast-food chain in Canada, Toronto-based Tim Hortons is “relentless” in its pursuit of “the perfect cup,” its website says, and that leads it to the top spot in this year’s survey. Tim Hortons taste-tests 75,000 cups annually to guarantee quality and consistency.

The company, which celebrates 57 years in 2021, in the past year has given attention to sustainability efforts with its new Tims for Good program, which commits to three pillars: people and communities, food and beverage quality, and the planet.

Specialty hot beverages include French Vanilla & English Toffee, Coffee Mocha, Mocha Latte, Caramel Latte Supreme, Latte and Cappuccino.
