Peet’s Coffee, San Francisco, launched in 1966 in Berkeley, Calif., is dedicated to crafting the perfect cup, a goal that shapes its process, from partnering with farmers to roasting by hand. Peet’s website said the company sources the top 1% of coffee beans from the top growing regions around the globe. Peet’s also offers farmers training and educational opportunities, backs initiatives to help farm communities, and invests in coffee plant science.

In spring 2022, Peet’s launched Hazelnut Oat Latte, Vanilla Almond Latte, and a cold brew with vanilla oat foam. These plant-based offerings join a solid line of best sellers and limited releases in dark, medium and light roasts.

In hot coffees, Peet’s boasts that its hand-pulled bold Espresso Forte is the foundation for each espresso beverages. Add steamed milk or syrup if desired. There’s a different coffee selection daily, and it’s brewed every 30 minutes to ensure freshness.

Peet’s also has a robust online shop with an array of offerings, including K-cup pods, espresso capsules, subscriptions, wholesale and more. Shipping is free.
