Emily Sheetz, associate vice president in charge of strategy development and execution, is building an innovation incubator team. This team is charged with developing new ideas to take the company into new territory. This is not an empty gesture: Sheetz opened a tech and innovation hub last year in Pittsburgh to develop and test the transformative products and services the incubator team dreams up.
