LAS VEGAS -- Like coconut water before it and energy shots before that, sparkling water was the beverage-segment must-have for manufacturers on this year’s NACS Show floor. From a new flavor from standard-bearer Perrier to and an entirely new line from new guard Sparkling Ice, dozens of sparkling flavors littered the trade show.
