7-Eleven to carry Xenergy energy drink

LAS VEGAS -- Xyience Inc. has inked a new distribution agreement with 7-Eleven Inc. for the convenience retailer to distribute Xyience's energy drink, Xenergy. This agreement will add more than 5,000 new locations for 7-Eleven customers to purchase the beverage.

In May 2006, Xyience entered the energy drink market with the launch of Xenergy. Like the Xyience name, the name Xenergy is a combination of zen and energy and is pronounced Zenergy.

While the first flavor of Xenergy was Cran Razz, Xenergy's line of flavors also now includes [image-nocss] Citrus Clear and Big Apple. In addition, 7-Eleven will be the first distributor to unveil Xenergy's newest flavors, Mango Guava, Pink Lemon and Blu Pom.

This partnership represents an enormous opportunity for Xyience to bring the Xenergy name and product to a broader customer base, said Bill Underhill, CEO and chairman of Las Vegas-based Xyience.
