Hydrive Takes on Lemonade

AUSTIN, Texas -- Hydrive Energy Water, a low-calorie, non-carbonated beverage that offers the refreshing taste of a vitamin-enhanced water and the boost of an energy drink, launched two newest flavors: Strawberry Lemonade and Raspberry Lemonade.

Hydrive Energy Water

With only 30 calories and 6 grams of sugar per 15.5-oz. resealable bottle, Hydrive Energy Water provides consumers with a "better energy" option, according to the company. Each new flavor is packed with B vitamins and 160 mg of caffeine, equivalent to an 8-oz. serving of a leading cup of coffee.

Hydrive Energy Water experienced notable nationwide growth in 2014, according to the company, increasing overall volume by more than 7%. The brand’s unique positioning as an enhanced water with an energy function helped Hydrive outperform leading enhanced water brands while also trending alongside the growing energy segment. Hydrive is distributed by Dr. Pepper Snapple Group and POLAR Beverages.

The introduction of Strawberry Lemonade and Raspberry Lemonade expands the Hydrive flavor portfolio, which also includes: Blue Raspberry, Black Cherry, Citrus Burst, Grape Fusion, Honey Lemonade, Mango Peach and Triple Berry. All nine Hydrive flavors are now available at various retailers nationwide at a suggested retail price of $1.49 per bottle.
