DETROIT -- Gas Station TV (GSTV) has announced that it will relocate its headquarters from Birmingham, Mich., the former Kresge building, in the heart of downtown Detroit.

GSTV will move its entire operation, including more than 80 team members, and occupy three floors totaling approximately 15,000 square feet in the historic building owned and managed by Bedrock Real Estate Services. Construction is currently underway on the new offices, and the company said it expects to complete the move by June 2015.

"Downtown Detroit has become a leading destination for innovative technology businesses. We are thrilled to fuel our network's continued rapid growth out of this emerging community," said David Leider, CEO of GSTV. "Our all-new modern workspace in this thriving environment is exciting for our current team and will allow us to attract even more top talent."

Founded in 2006, GSTV is a leading video network at the pump with more than 52 million monthly viewers who watch the programming while fueling up their vehicles. The network provides exclusive content from ESPN, CNN's Headline News and Buzz Today, Bloomberg TV and AccuWeather at 3,000 gas stations in 45 states.

Kraemer Design Group is the architecture firm working to transform GSTV's new headquarters, which will feature a demonstration area with various gasoline dispensers and video monitors. Reclaimed wood will be used in the design to build a canopy, creating the feel of an actual gas station.

The nine-story mid-rise building dates back to 1891 and is the former home of Kresge department store. GSTV's offices will be located along the future route of the M-1 Rail, a 6.6 mile round trip circulating streetcar project slated for completion in 2016.

GSTV is a Rockbridge Growth Equity company.
