White Bison Coffee is rolling out three new flavors.

The following offerings are available in White Bison shops, owned by Nashville, Tennessee-based Tri Star Energy, across middle Tennessee and north Alabama:

Cinnamon Beehive Latte: Available hot or iced, this limited-time offer of honey paired with a heavy dose of cinnamon returns to White Bison.

Vanilla Rooibos Tea Latte: White Bison brings back this hot rooibos caffeine-free option. It features strong notes of vanilla with honey and caramel.

Honey Nut Macchiato: White Bison calls this a new approach to the macchiato, with espresso on top and a hatch pattern of real honey drizzle. Enjoy the taste of espresso and honey while the milk picks up notes of salty caramel, roasted hazelnut and vanilla.

  • Tri Star Energy ranked No. 52 on CSP's 2023 Top 202 list of the largest chains in the country.

White Bison Coffee offers specialty coffee directly sourced and crafted with care, the company said. White Bison’s menu features beverages from pour-over coffee and nitro cold brew to hot teas. There are also fresh pastries and breakfast and lunch items, including sandwiches, salads and wraps. Founded in 2017, White Bison Coffee has 15 locations in the middle Tennessee area and four in the north Alabama market.

In addition to White Bison Coffee, Tri Star Energy, founded in 2000, owns and operates 162 Twice Daily, Sudden Service and Southern Traders, Little General and Maverick Quick Shop convenience stores in the South and supplies fuel to wholesale trade channels in 17 states.
