Pumpkin Powers White Bison Coffee Fall Additions

White Bison Coffee recently rolled out new fall flavors to spice up pumpkin season.

The following items are available in White Bison shops, owned by Nashville, Tennessee-based Tri Star Energy, across middle Tennessee and north Alabama:

Sweet Foam is a cold brew with light ice, topped with sweet foam, a pump of pumpkin and a dash of spices. 

  • Tri Star Energy ranked No. 52 on CSP's 2023 Top 202 list of the largest chains in the country.

Pick Your Pumpkin Special is a limited-time offer in four varieties:

  • Pumpkin Spice Latte (hot or iced)
  • Pumpkin Sweet Foam Cold Brew (iced)
  • Pumpkin Spice Frappe (coffee or cream)
  • Pumpkin Spice Chai Cream Frappe

Three Ways to Waffle offers a drip coffee for $1 with the purchase of one of three waffle sandwiches using White Bison rewards or rewards from Twice Daily convenience stores, which Tri Star Energy also owns. This offer is available through Nov. 20.

The three waffles:

  • White Chicken
  • Sausage, Egg and Cheddar
  • Monte Cristo

White Bison Coffee offers specialty coffee directly sourced and crafted with care, the company said. White Bison’s menu features a beverages from pour-over coffee and nitro cold brew to hot teas. There are also fresh pastries and breakfast and lunch items, including sandwiches, salads and wraps. Founded in 2017, White Bison Coffee has 15 locations in the middle Tennessee area and four in the north Alabama market.

In addition to White Bison Coffee, Tri Star Energy, founded in 2000, owns and operates 162 Twice Daily, Sudden Service and Southern Traders, Little General and Maverick Quick Shop convenience stores in the South and supplies fuel to wholesale trade channels in 17 states.
