Majors Management to Open 100 Noble Roman’s Pizza Locations

Most will be in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas; development starting in weeks

Majors Management LLC has entered a development agreement with Noble Roman’s Inc., the Indianapolis-based franchisor of Noble Roman’s Pizza and Noble Roman’s Craft Pizza & Pub, for 100 new Noble Roman’s franchise locations.

Based in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Majors Management develops, operates and supports convenience stores and larger travel plazas. Development of the new Noble Roman’s locations will begin in the next few weeks, and Majors Management has committed to having 31 locations open by June 30, 2024, 50 locations by Dec. 31, 2024, and the remainder of the 100 on or before Sept. 30, 2026, Noble Roman’s said.

“The new locations can be developed throughout the 48 contiguous states, but the greater concentration of locations will be in Texas, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee,” Noble Roman’s said. “Majors paid an upfront fee for the development agreement and will be paying ongoing weekly royalties on sales as each location opens.”

Majors Management was one of the most active acquirers in convenience in 2022, completing three significant acquisitions and earning its first mention onCSP’s Top 202 list. The chain owns more than 100 c-stores and operated 60 under a variety of banners.

In the future, Majors Management plans on expanding Noble Roman’s beyond the 100 locations now included in the current development agreement, Noble Roman’s said.
