CHICAGO Curby’s Express Market offers three morning melts, all of which will catch attention if not stomachs.

The startup, which opened its first c-store Feb. 1 in Lubbock, Texas, focuses on craveable food and beverages offered fast and conveniently—and its three morning melts appear to fulfill this objective.

There’s Cinnamon Toast, Sausage, Egg and Cheese; Ham, Egg and Swiss on Hawaiian; and Cilantro Lime Brisket with Pepperjack on a Croissant.

The first melt includes a breakfast sausage patty, melted American cheese and a homestyle egg patty sandwiched between buttery cinnamon toasted brioche bread.
