SAN ANTONIO — VP Racing Fuels has forged two new partnerships that will expand the reach and enhance the distribution of its performance fuels, lubricants and additives in the United States.

In the first deal, Best Fuel Supply, Bristol, Conn., will distribute VP Racing Fuels and VP performance products to gas stations and convenience stores in New England.

“As a motorsports enthusiast and Porsche Club of America member, I’ve known the VP brand as a performer for years,” said Jay Mehta, president of Best Fuel Supply. “We are excited about being able to offer the VP brand and all of its advantages to new and existing customers in the region and VP 100 octane street-legal performance fuel to our VP branded accounts.”

Separately, VP Racing Fuels has forged an agreement to have Meyer Distributing, Jasper, Ind., distribute its packaged consumer products to the VP network of branded gas stations, fast lubes, car washes and marinas. Meyer Distributing provides automotive specialty products marketing and distribution. With this partnership, VP branded retailers should see increased service levels for ordering and stocking VP race fuel, automotive additives, 2- and 4-cycle fuels, Sportsman’s Container and apparel.

“I am excited to introduce a streamlined supply-chain option to our branded locations as it’s a win-win for owner/operators and their customers,” said Karen Madden, vice president of retail branding for VP Racing Fuels. “This relationship illustrates VP Racing Fuels’ ongoing commitment to our branded retailers to improve the way we do business.”

San Antonio-based VP Racing Fuels said it plans to expand its network of more than 300 branded convenience stores, fast lubes and car washes in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
