Consumers most likely to use delivery are the younger set. Already, 48% of Gen Z consumers say they order food for delivery at least once a week, compared to 23% of consumers overall, according to Technomic’s 2017 Consumer Direct Study, powered by Ignite. Sixty percent of consumers say they would consider using grocery delivery in the future.
