NSA Plans 100% Growth

New office makes room for field service company

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- National Services Associates (NSA), which performs field service work in the United States and portions of Canada for major corporations including fast-food and convenience-store companies, is projecting a 100% expansion of its corporate staff after moving to a new building the company purchased and renovated in Knoxville, Tenn.

NSA has performed installation services at McDonald's restaurant locations in the northeast and southeast, ATM support services for American Express at 7-Eleven locations nationwide, as well as working on [image-nocss] projects at tens of thousands of locations of numerous other large corporations and brands.

Burgeoning growth spurred NSA to buy the 10,000 square-foot building, three times the square footage the company previously occupied, said Chuck West, NSA CEO.

In addition to its 25-member corporate headquarters staff, NSA has a cadre of more than 400 field service representatives it uses on projects.

NSA was included this year in Business Tennessee Magazine's Fast50 list of the state's fastest-growing privately held companies.

We anticipated a healthy growth level, but we've more than exceeded what we thought we would experience, said West.

Renovations on the building began in July and were completed a month ahead of schedule. Changes to the building include a more efficient office layout and additional warehouse space for items to be installed in the field.

NSA has performed field service work for major corporations, among them Chase Bank, American Express, CVS Pharmacy, Cardtronics and McDonald's. The company conducts site research, placement and maintenance of elements used in corporate branding, product marketing, advertising, promotion and regulatory compliance.
