Pilot is launching mobile ordering at its travel centers, and revamping its loyalty app and website, the company announced Tuesday.

The new mobile ordering feature at Pilot allows customers to order ahead more than 100 items, including a hot meal, snacks and truck and automotive supplies. Mobile ordering is available online or through the Pilot app in select markets, with plans to expand to nearly 400 locations by the end of 2025, the Knoxville, Tennessee-based retailer said.

Customers who order ahead will receive an alert when the order is ready for pickup, allowing drivers to fuel up, fill up and get back out on their journeys, Pilot said. Customers can also earn and redeem rewards with the app—which has been rebranded from myRewards Plus to the Pilot app.

The renamed app will continue to offer the same features including the myRewards loyalty program, mobile fueling, shower and parking reservations and more. The rewards program has been expanded to include Canada. More app enhancements are planned for 2026 and will bring travelers new features and additional customizations, Pilot said.

As part of its digital enhancements, Pilot launched a redesigned website at PilotCompany.com. The site has a fresh design, updated content and a more intuitive user experience, the company said. Mobile ordering and the ability to reserve showers and parking is available on the new stie.

“At the heart of everything we do is a genuine desire to connect with our guests in meaningful ways and show them that they matter at every turn,” said Brad Anderson, president of retail at Pilot. “We’re focused on listening to what our guests need and delivering exceptional experiences that make the most of every mile.”

It’s not the only travel center chain upping its technology game recently—Oklahoma City-based Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores has added order ahead services and touch screen kiosks at several of its quick-service restaurant locations. And TravelCenters of America, owned by Chicago-based bp, announced on Monday that it was installing ordering kiosks at Popeyes quick-service restaurants (QSRs) located at its travel centers.

Pilot Co. is the largest operator of travel centers in North America, with more than 750 locations across 44 states and six Canadian provinces, selling about 14 billion gallons of fuel a year and about $3 billion in food and merchandise.
