Unified Brands, BSE Mid-Atlantic Partnership Expands

VICKSBURG, Miss.Foodservice equipment manufacturer Unified Brands recently expanded a partnership with BSE Mid-Atlantic, which will now represent Unified Brands in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

This area is territory 5 in the Manufacturers’ Agents Association for the Foodservice Industry (MAFSI) map.

“We’re thrilled that BSE Mid-Atlantic was eager to represent Unified Brands in this additional territory,” said Mark Lang, Unified Brands vice president of sales of the East Region. “As our current representative partners in MAFSI territories 2, 3 and 4, BSE has a proven dedication to and longstanding knowledge of the Unified Brands product portfolio. Their new Mid-Atlantic branch makes them a perfect fit for this territory extension, and we know they will be an excellent resource for local customers.”

BSA Mid-Atlantic is an extension of the BSE rep group family, which collectively stretches the eastern coastline from upstate New York to Virginia. Its full team consists of 16 sales representatives, seven chefs and six distribution specialists. The Mid-Atlantic team will host local customers in their new Hanover, Md., and Mechanicsville, Va., partner test kitchens.

BSE, which has been a resource to the foodservice industry since its inception in 1925, also offers a mobile training experience in its mobile equipment lab. 

Vicksburg, Miss.-based Unified Brands and its Groen, Randell, Avtec, Power Soak and CapKold product lines have industry positions in cooking equipment, custom and standard refrigeration, continuous motion ware washing systems, conveyors, ventilation, utility distribution, cook-chill and meal delivery systems. Unified Brands has manufacturing operations in Vicksburg, Miss., and Weidman, Mich. Unified Brands joined the Electrolux Professional portfolio in December 2021.
