Buffalo Wings & Rings this spring introduced new meatless LTOs and brought back an old favorite for Lent. Pretzel Bites, Parmesan Garlic Aioli Fries, Veggie Quesadillas, Fish & Chips, and a popular fall LTO, Cauliflower Wings, were all spotlighted.
But the star of the lineup is the Blackened Chilean Salmon Sandwich, which represents a bit of a culinary step up from the chain’s regular range of offerings. The seasoned, blackened salmon fillet is topped with garlic aioli, greens and tomatoes.
“We’re known for our wings, but we also wanted to show our devoted guests that we can create interesting meatless options as well,” said Elliot Jablonsky, R&D chef of Buffalo Wings & Rings.
