Stripes’ in-house QSR concept, Laredo Taco Company, unveiled several seafood LTOs this spring. In addition to new Seafood Plate Specials, featuring fried catfish or fried shrimp and bundled with two sides for $4.69, the chain also added a limited-time Shrimp Fajita Taco ($2.49), Shrimp Fajita Plate ($4.69) and Shrimp Quesadillas ($3.79).
