Grubhub+ relaunches, increases recognition for members

Lower service fees and savings on pickup are some of the added perks in the membership program Grubhub is relaunching.

Chicago-based Grubhub+, which started in 2020 for $9.99 monthly, also offers exclusive eatery deals and free delivery on orders more than $12, reported CSP sister publication Restaurant Business.

“We felt like our customers are leaning in hard with us, and they’re expecting reciprocity from their loyalty programs, and there was area to give more,” Launika Raykar, vice president of loyalty, told Restaurant Business.
