STRATHAM, N.H. — Confectionery company Lindt & Sprungli has launched two new non-dairy Classic Recipe chocolate bar flavors: OatMilk and OatMilk Salted Caramel. The chocolate bars are available nationwide.

“We are constantly looking for ways to create chocolate that everyone can enjoy,” said Ann Czaja, Lindt master chocolatier. “We are thrilled to bring this new product to U.S. consumers. Lindt Classic Recipe OatMilk bars will deliver the same smooth, creamy experience as our Lindt Classic Recipe milk chocolate, all without the dairy.”

The new Lindt flavors are sold in individually wrapped 3.5-ounce bars and have a suggested retail price of $4.49.

The chocolate bars are plant-based and made with gluten-free oats. According to The Hartman Group's 2021 Health & Wellness: Reimagining Well-being COVID-19 report, 48% of U.S. consumers now look for food and drink products labeled 'plant-based.' Plant-based dairy alternatives are mostly available in dark chocolate, and Lindt Classic Recipe OatMilk bars provide consumers nationwide with a non-dairy, milk-style chocolate.

Lindt & Sprungli has its headquarters in Kilchberg, Switzerland, and Lindt & Sprungli USA  is based in Stratham, N.H.
