NEWTON, Mass. — Paytronix Systems has integrated its Order and Delivery functionality with Toast, a restaurant management platform in the United States.

The expanded Paytronix Order and Delivery enables convenience stores and restaurants to get up to speed with the growing demand for digital ordering and incorporate those visits and sales into their overall customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty strategy, the company said.

Paytronix Order and Delivery includes a guest ordering interface, digital ordering management tools, more than a dozen point-of-sale (POS) integrations and Paytronix’s loyalty integration, including partnerships with third-party aggregators such as DoorDash. The combined Paytronix and Toast Order & Delivery capability can be set up and launched in about a day, the company said.

Paytronix loyalty functionality allows customers to sign up as information is automatically pulled from the ordering process. Customers can redeem multiple rewards within a single order, and all rewards available on an account are shown in the user flow. A “reward yourself” functionality enables customers to redeem points for items in the order flow.

“The Paytronix Order and Delivery integration uses the newest Toast features and helps operators quickly add off-premise sales to their revenue stream,” said Aman Narang, president and co-founder of Toast. “We will continue to expand the ecosystem of leading technology solutions that are certified to work with Toast point-of-sale to help operators increase revenue.”

“The Toast POS integration is the latest enhancement to Paytronix Order and Delivery, which tightly synchronizes guest visit and spend with the overall Paytronix CRM and loyalty functionality,” said Matt d’Arbeloff, co-founder and head of strategy for Paytronix Systems.

Based in Newton, Massachusetts, Paytronix is a provider of software-as-a-service customer experience management products for restaurants and convenience stores. Through its software design and integrations with more than 30 POS systems, Paytronix empowers more than 400 brands in nearly 30,000 locations.
