6 New Sandwiches at QuickChek

WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J. — Convenience-store retailer QuickChek has a new line of sandwiches served on its popular Portuguese rolls. QuickChek calls them "the Best Damn Sandwiches in Town."

The six sandwiches are:

  • Nashville Hot Chicken Portuguese Roll: This item includes crispy chicken and Nashville hot sauce with crispy bacon, shredded pepper jack cheese, lettuce and jalapenos.
  • Ultimate Italian Portuguese Roll: This Italian sandwich includes ham, capicola, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato and onion, and it’s finished with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar.
  • Turkey Club Portuguese Roll: This sub comes with turkey, crispy bacon, Swiss cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato and honey mustard.
  • Pastrami Reuben Portuguese Roll: This tender pastrami sandwich is topped with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing.
  • Sloppy Deli Reuben with Pastrami Portuguese Roll: This item includes pastrami, Swiss cheese, cole slaw and deli mustard.
  • Sausage Egg and Cheese Portuguese Roll: This item adds a breakfast sandwich to the lineup.

Whitehouse Station, N.J.-based QuickChek is a market leader in foodservice, providing local one-stop shopping featuring made-to-order subs and sandwiches, coffee, snacks and salads, hot breakfast and more. QuickChek is No. 44 on CSP’s 2020 Top 202 ranking of c-store chains by size.

Murphy USA Inc., El Dorado, Ark., in December completed its $645 million all-cash acquisition of QuickChek Corp., adding 157 convenience stores in the Northeast, increasing its total store count to more than 1,650.
