A new offering being tested in two markets is the third chicken-based breakfast sandwich at Miami-based Burger King.

The fast-food chain, rolling out the Smoky Maple Chicken Biscuit until the end of August, has been accelerating menu innovation and choices in chicken, CSP sister publication Restaurant Business reported.

Burger King is focusing on chicken in the breakfast daypart, Restaurant Business reported. The new biscuit is breaded white meat chicken with a smoky maple glaze on a warm buttermilk biscuit.
