Know your audience, they say, and being this is the season of Lent, there are many Christians looking for meat alternatives.

Enter fish.

Available through the end of March, TXB, Bonham, Texas, is launching a new line of savory LTOs, including a fish taco drizzled with serrano aioli in partnership with Austin-based Yellow Bird.

The TXB taco is baked white fish with a hint of chipotle spices, cilantro, onion and shredded lettuce on a flour tortilla and drizzled with the serrano aioli.
