To cater to the continued demand for sweet and spicy flavors throughout 2024, Plano, Texas-based Pizza Hut is rolling out Hot Honey Pizza and Hot Honey Wings for a limited time at the end of January.

This demand is a prediction from Pizza Hut’s trend spotters, according to CSP sister publication Restaurant Business.

The Hot Honey Pizza begins with a choice of crust. It’s then topped with marinara, cheese, classic and crispy cupped pepperonis and a drizzle of sauce infused with red habaneros and a touch of honey, according to Restaurant Business. Meanwhile, the Hot Honey Wings, which come in boneless and bone-in, are coated in sweet heat flavors.

“At Pizza Hut, our commitment to modernizing flavors is at the forefront of our brand identity. We lead trends and go bigger on flavor, as exemplified by the tremendous success of our Hot Honey test, which exceeded guest expectations,” said Rachel Antalek, the chain’s chief food innovation officer. “This bold innovation not only elevates our pizza experience but also opens up exciting opportunities to showcase our wings.”
