Atlantis Management Group

Atlantis Management Group (AMG) was established in 2006. It markets branded and unbranded motor fuel and convenience-store products in the Northeastern United States.

In November 2017, AMG acquired Food Bag, a convenience-store chain and CITGO-branded petroleum marketer based in Kensington, Conn. The transaction included the purchase of more than 50 fee-simple sites and a transportation company. Atlantis' most recent acquisition was that of Americana Petroleum Corp. and Major Fuel Carriers Corp. in October 2019, a purchase that included eight retail gas locations with convenience stores or service bays, a wholesale fuels business and delivery trucks.

Atlantis' retail sites are a mix of company-operated and tenant-operated locations selling Sunoco's Coastal brand of fuels.

AMG has established co-branding relationships with retail companies such as Dunkin' Brands and 7-Eleven. It is an authorized distributor or broker supplier for the Exxon, Mobil, BP, CITGO and Gulf brands.
