Mirabito Holdings Inc.

Most of Mirabito Holdings Inc's convenience stores, which it operates in New York and Pennsylvania, are along highways in upstate New York and feature many grab-and-go products for commuters and travelers.

Brands include Mirabito, Quickway Food Stores, Convenience Express and Manley's Mighty Mart, and some stores in smaller towns are stocked with items suited to customers who might not have access to larger grocery and general merchandise stores.

The Mirabito Family of Companies operates in eight states with several divisions, including natural gas and electric, home heating products and services, wholesale energy products, convenience stores and Mirabito Truck Repair.

In July 2020 Mirabito sold its interest in Leatherstocking Natural Gas Company and Leatherstocking Pipeline Company. In September, it acquired the assets of Shepard Oil Co., Johnstown, N.Y.
