The chain is known for its private-label concepts and products, including Cravin's Market baked goods and deli items; Java Wave coffees; Squeeze Freeze frozen beverages; Buzzed Energy beverages; Family Express brand milk, water and ice; and Family Express fuels, including E15. Stores also feature a European Cafe self-serve coffee program that can calibrate and serve multiple gourmet coffee options, customized with foam, syrups and milk.

The company has collaborated with several technology providers for a better customer experience. The initiative includes Paytronix as the company's primary loyalty provider, Olo as its online ordering platform, National Carwash Solutions for car wash and Big Club Digital for website redevelopment.
