CrossAmerica Partners LP

Formed in 2012, CrossAmerica Partners LP is a publicly traded master limited partnership that is a wholesale distributor of motor fuels, convenience-store operator and owner and lessee of real estate used in the retail distribution of motor fuels. It returned to c-store retailing in 2020 with the January acquisition of the retail operations at 172 sites, as well as wholesale fuel distribution and wholesale dealer contracts from company founder Joe Topper's Dunne Manning Inc. CrossAmerica Partners had sold off its previous 46 sites a year earlier. As of Jan. 1, it operated 150 c-stores, under multiple brands, including Express Lane, Uni-Mart, Joe's Kwik Marts, Rocky Top Markets, Zoomerz, Top Star and Choice Tobacco Outlets.

CrossAmerica Partners also distributes branded and unbranded petroleum for motor vehicles to 1,615 locations and owns or leases approximately 1,100 sites. Units of CrossAmerica Partners are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol CAPL.

CrossAmerica Partners distributes fuels from most major oil companies, including ExxonMobil, BP, Shell, Chevron, Sunoco, Valero, Gulf, CITGO, Marathon and Phillips 66.
