CHR Corp.'s Rutter's is an industry leader in c-store design, sustainable construction, retail technology, restroom focus and foodservice innovation. The company has earned honors for design, foodservice and mobile technology.

In 2020, the chain added two new-to-industry stores. In early 2021, the chain announced "aggressive" plans that include more than $100 million in capital investments and increasing total wages by 15% for the year. The company's starting wage is now $14 per hour for all field employees.

Rutter's is best known for its foodservice. Its menu includes made-to-order subs and wraps, burgers, seafood, salads, Mexican fare, bowls, pizza and breakfast sandwiches.
