7-Eleven Hawaii is a franchised area that reports to Seven-Eleven Japan, not the U.S. franchise group in Irving, Texas. In addition to 7-Eleven brand staples such as Big Gulp and Slurpee, 7-Eleven Hawaii stores offer Hawaiian specialties such as Spam Musubi (sushi), Big Bento, Steamed Manapua, Pork Shumai and local snacks and party platters.

In 2020, 7-Eleven Hawaii partnered with Vroom Delivery, a convenience-store e-commerce service, to bring an alternative method of buying to consumers during the pandemic. This new home-delivery service allows consumers to order 7-Eleven brand staples, the aforementioned 7-Eleven Hawaii specialties and grocery items.

In 2022, 7-Eleven Hawaii and Vroom Delivery plan to launch online electronic benefits transfer so customers who qualify for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also known as food stamps, can use their SNAP benefits online like they do in-store. For benchmarking purposes, store counts are as of Jan. 1, 2022.
