The traditional c-stores range from 1,000 to 2,500 square feet, but some new-builds are approximately 5,000 to 6,000 square feet. These remodeled and new-build units are also energy efficient and offer seating areas, free Wi-Fi, beer caves, expanded cooler doors and larger car washes.
