J&H Oil's competitive advantage is its foodservice program and grocery selection, which goes beyond that of the traditional c-store. It has been family-owned and -operated since its beginnings. It has 50 company-operated locations, and supplies fuel and lubricants to about 60 dealers. The retail brand is J&H Family Stores, reflective of their community roots. Stores fly the Exxon, Mobil and Marathon fuel brands. It also owns five truck stops.
