Little General convenience stores pride themselves on being a family destination, particularly for foodservice. Stores are known for the restaurants and for being a place where families “come together for celebrations and events.”

There are quick-serve restaurants (QSRs) inside 62 of the stores, in addition to stand-alone outlets. These include Subway, Arby's, Godfather's Pizza, Krispy Kreme, Sam's Hot Dog Stands, Burger King, Taco Bell, Chester's Chicken, Dunkin' Donuts, Steak Escapes and a 79er Restaurant. The newest stores have a Dunkin’ Donuts, and in 2016, the company will add an additional three Dunkin’ Donuts locations. Two Subways are being considered for new locations in 2016.

In the 27 stores with full kitchens, the company added calzones and made-to-order panini sandwiches to its proprietary foodservice menu.

In 2015, 12 stores were remodeled, including adding sit-down dining, new interior and exterior paint, LED lighting and landscaping. Some stores formerly were Sunoco sites in the Fairmount, W.V.-area, which were converted to the Little General brand. Two new company stores were opened in 2015 in West Virginia. An additional two stores are planned in 2016 in West Virginia, which will include a full-service kitchen and Dunkin’ Donuts. Little General tries to rebuild one store every year.

Gasoline pumped at the c-stores and stations includes BP, Exxon, Sunoco, Shell and Marathon, and about two-thirds of the stores also sell diesel.
