Flash Foods is a chain of 144 convenience stores in Georgia and Florida originally based in Waycross, Ga. Regional retailer CST Brands, San Antonio, purchased Flash Foods in late 2015. As part of CST Brands, the chain was purchased by Alimentation Couche-Tard in 2017.

In 2017, the Flash Foods fuel brand regularly undercut market average gasoline prices by more than 4 cents per gallon, according to OPIS, earning the chain a market efficiency rating of 1.58.
