Country Fair is a division of the United Refining Co. of Warren, Pa. Its mission is to "... create a pleasant shopping experience for every customer, every time, by total commitment to meet or exceed customer expectations in all respects." United Refining also owns the Kwik Fill/ Red Apple chain of stores and operates them as a separate division. Country Fair sold three stores in 2012. Some remodels were completed in 2013.
Country Fair values giving back to its neighbors and supports local and national fund-raising endeavors. In particular, the company is a big supporter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, having raised $167,000 in donations from customers and employees in past years.
