With Gate convenience stores and gas stations in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, Gate Petroleum Co. added two new locations in 2022 and completed renovations of three other sites. The company launched a loyalty program in 2022 called My Gate Rewards, offering customers points on in-store purchases that can be used for discounts on fuel. The program offers a mobile app and includes club savings on beverages, pizza, soft-serve ice cream and smokeless tobacco.

The chain launched a proprietary brand of soft-serve ice cream in about 25 stores in northeast Florida, featuring flavors such as taro, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla, as well as limited-time-offer flavors of salted caramel and banana cream.

In addition to its stores, Gate offers a car wash at several locations and provides gasoline, diesel, lubricant and DEF deliveries to storage tanks, private card locks, marine and bulk fueling throughout the Southeastern United States. The company's transportation team operates a fleet of tankers and provides petroleum distribution and transportation for all of Gate Petroleum's retail stores, as well as commercial accounts throughout the Southeast.
