Landmark Industries/Timewise Food Store

Landmark Industries' retail division began operation under the Timewise Food Store brand in 1982 with one location in Hempstead, Texas. As of 2020, Landmark owned 225 Timewise stores in the Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Laredo, Texas, markets.

In June 2022, Shell Retail and Convenience Operations LLC, a subsidiary of Shell Oil Products US, Houston, acquired 248 Timewise c-stores and supply agreements with an additional 117 sites from Landmark. The deal marked Shell's return to retail after divestment of its company-owned sites in 2004.

Landmark kept 64 Timewise stores, and in March 2023, Global Partners and Exxon Mobil acquired those remaining sites.

Timewise stores offer a broad array of national-branded merchandise, as well as fresh food and car washes.
