H&S Energy Products LLC

H&S Energy was founded in 1996 under the leadership of brothers Sal and Victor Hassan. The company built its first station in Cypress, California, and since then has built and acquired stations with various fuel and c-store partnerships. It has also built and acquired stores under the Chevron, Texaco, Shell and ExtraMile brand, as well as its own brand, pm Power Market. The company also operates a network of drive-thru car washes, full-service detail centers and service stations.

In 2022, H&S Energy acquired c-store portfolios in Southern and Northern California. It also acquired one truckstop and opened another.

In early 2022, the retailer launched a proprietary online ordering and home delivery program in partnership with Vroom Delivery from 130 of its Power Market, Food Mart and Extra Mile locations, covering approximately 10 million consumers across the state. Customers can place orders through the H&S mobile app, website and social media.
