Monfort Cos./7E CO Holdings

7E CO Holdings LLC is a division of investment management company Monfort Cos. and has been investing in and operating gas stations and convenience stores since 2016. It holds properties with more than a dozen c-store and gas station locations across the Front Range in Colorado, Wyoming and Kansas, along with other holdings and investments in the dining, hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. The company has focused on rural markets but has started acquiring urban locations.

The firm's retail portfolio includes locations in Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Oklahoma and Wisconsin with brand names including 7-Eleven, Chisholm Corner, Jack's, Monfort Express and Speedway.

In October 2022, 7E CO Holdings acquired Dino Stop Convenience Stores, a chain of six c-stores serving the Green Bay, Wisconsin, area since 1971. In December 2022, it acquired 19 c-stores across southwestern Oklahoma from Brent Bostick, president of Bostick and Associates, East Greenwich, Rhode Island. It operates the stores under the Chisholm Corner brand name.
