In 2022, Murphy USA continued to build QuickChek convenience stores and complete raze-and-rebuilds of Murphy USA stores. The rebuilds will replace high-performing kiosk stores with larger 1,400-square-foot stores that feature a broader assortment of higher-margin merchandise and better grab-and-go food items.
Murphy USA in early 2021 completed its acquisition of QuickChek Corp., a $645 million all-cash deal that added 157 c-stores in the Northeast.
