OnCue has expanded its made-to-order food concepts from a deli counter in 1980 to a variety of proprietary concepts, including The Grill, The Grill on the Go, OC Fresh Sandwiches and Salads and Chicken Deli's. OnCue has over 35 restaurants in stores offering savory snacks, burgers, chicken, pizza and more. Many locations offer drive-thrus, dog parks and touchless bathrooms. A master bakery facility was built in 2019 for OnCue's growing packaged-food products business, followed by the launch of OC Fresh Distribution, supplying retailers with in-house products such as fresh-fruit cups, parfaits, pie cup desserts, doughnuts and tacos.

The company was an early adopter of alternative fuels, including E85, compressed natural gas, electric-vehicle charging and hydrogen.
