Jiffy Mart Stores

Champlain Oil’s Jiffy Mart Stores place an emphasis on its customer service capabilities. It’s mantra is “every customer greeted; every customer thanked.” It sells Mobil, Shell, CITGO, Sunoco and Irving-branded fuel and serves mostly rural communities in Vermont and New Hampshire. Jiffy Mart Stores offer branded foodservice from Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway, McDonald’s, North Woods Cafe, P&H Truck Stop and Ramunto’s Pizza.

The chain places an emphasis on its loyalty programs. Its Jiffy Rewards Card allows customers to earn points on every purchase in-store and points on fuel, diesel and kerosene purchases.

In May 2018, Champlain Oil signed an agreement with Global Partners LP in which Global will acquire its retail fuel and convenience-store assets. The deal also involves about 24 fuel sites either owned or leased, including lessee dealer and commission-agent locations.
