Golden Pantry began in 1965 as a single convenience store in Athens, Ga., and has grown to 39 convenience stores. It sells BP, Chevron, Exxon and Shell-branded gasoline products and distributes fuel to dealer locations.

Self-described as “not too big, not too small,” the chain pledges to serve as a trusted neighborhood store with a vision to invest in passionate people. The company’s golden standard envelops people, service, integrity, passion, entrepreneurial spirit and fun.

Focused on providing the freshest and highest-quality goods at fair prices, the stores (footprints range from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet) offer full-, limited- and self-service food formats, as well as QSR. The chain is known for signature fresh-made biscuits and fried chicken made from scratch each morning in its own kitchens. Store services include gift cards, money orders, ATMs and lottery, in addition to movie rentals and propane.
