Farm Stores’ aims to capture a larger share of the dollars spent by female shoppers by being a sort of “express lane” version of a traditional supermarket, whereby customers do not have to leave their vehicles.
Farm Stores Grocery is a drive-thru convenience store chain known colloquially as “La Vaquita,” Spanish for “the little cow.” Stores display a cow icon. The company owns and operates some sites, but the majority are operated by independent franchise owners. In 2016, the company launched Farm Stores 4.0, a brand refresh that includes updated appliances, a cloud-based POS system, an online ordering app and an updated look.
