Kwik Chek’s competitive advantage is its customer service; it strives to greet each customer by name. Sticking to its small-town roots, the company’s goal is to make guests feel like family. The c-store’s growing territory in Texas includes Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, the north and west regions of the state, and several country towns in between. The chain’s foodservice program, Kwikcafe, features fajitas, tacos and fried chicken, made with fresh tortillas and proprietary meats. In 2018, Kwik Chek purchased Carrizo Springs, Texas-based Cleo Bustamante Enterprises Inc.’s chain of eight convenience stores. The stores will be rebranded Kwik Chek.
