East Side Enterprises LLC

Rhode Island-based East Side Enterprises operates more than 60 stores in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New Hampshire, primarily Shell-branded stations. Since 2013, the chain has been opening stores under the Seasons Corner Market brand, which it describes as “New England’s favorite fast, fresh and friendly neighborhood convenience store.” In 2018, East Side Enterprises opened several Seasons Corner Market locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In 2019, it opened its first New Hampshire store, a 24-hour site in Nashua featuring the local City Moose Cafe brand of gourmet sandwiches, entrees, chocolate and potato chips.

Besides c-stores, East Side Enterprises distributes Shell gasoline and owns an auto collision center, auto repair shops, towing services, used-auto sales and a 365 Auto Wash-branded car wash.
